These are calculated in the checkout process, before completing your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client will pay a global sum corresponding to the value of the purchased products, including the costs for shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We charge shipping costs for every order. The amount depends on the number of items in your order and where they&#8217;re being shipped to. We process our orders 1 to 3 times a week, depending on the number of orders we receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A confirmation email will be sent after the package has been shipped. In case the client has chosen the option Registered mail (for purchases in Portugal), the tracking number will be included in that email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International purchases in our shop can be paid only via Credit Card or Paypal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invoicing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All purchases are subject to the issuing of a Simplified Invoice. Invoices are issued after confirming that the total purchase value has been received and are sent to the client via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case the user submits their billing information, the invoicing software <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moloni.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Moloni<\/a> will create\/update the client\u2019s profile. The invoice will be associated with the client\u2019s profile on that same software.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Find more information about Simplified Invoices <a href=\"https:\/\/info.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt\/pt\/informacao_fiscal\/codigos_tributarios\/civa_rep\/Pages\/iva40.aspx\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges and returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case any item in your order is damaged when you receive it, Planeta Tangerina will exchange it for a new one or return your money (including shipping costs), within 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deliveries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For orders outside Portugal, deliveries can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (10 working days) within the EU, or 1 month for international deliveries (outside the EU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order is taking longer to arrive, please email us at shop@planetatangerina.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case your order gets lost on the way, we&#8217;ll resend it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case the item you purchased is sold out, Planeta Tangerina will return the full value of your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case the package hasn&#8217;t been reclaimed at the post office or in case the buyer didn&#8217;t write a correct shipping address, Planeta Tangerina will resend it against the payment of the additional shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shopping from abroad?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re shopping from outside of the European Union, additional customs taxes may be charged to release your order. Planeta Tangerina is not responsible for these additional charges and should be covered by the client. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Packaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We wrap our orders with cardboard and other leftovers, in order to save resources and avoid waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order includes items that aren&#8217;t books (for example, mugs, prints, posters), these may be sent as separate packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opening hours and contacts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our online shop runs from 9:30am to 6:30pm (GMT+0), only on working days.
