How does the Planeta Tangerina Shop works?
All items for sale in the Planeta Tangerina shop include VAT. Please note, however, they do not include transport costs which are presented separately.
All orders will incurr transport costs, which vary in accordance to the number of items in the order and their destination.

Orders are sent via the Portuguese Postal Service, CTT.
Methods of Payment
Payment for any Planeta Tangerina item in Portugal may be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal or Multibanco. For purchases from overseas, we can only accept Paypal.
Exchange and returns
If an item arrives damaged at its destination, Planeta Tangerina will ensure either an exchange or a full refund (including transport costs) of the said item. The deadline for exchanges and returns is 30 days.
National orders usually take 3 to 4 days to reach their destination. International orders may take up to 2 weeks. If orders are not received within these estimated times please contact Planeta Tangerina.
Guarantee of delivery
Planeta Tangerina will be happy to resend an order if it gets lost in the post.
If the item purchased is no longer in stock, Planeta Tangerina will refund the full value of purchase.
Should the order not be collected within the period established by the Post Office, it will be resent only upon new payment of transport costs.
Purchases from abroad
We can only accept payments by Paypal for purchases from abroad.
For purchases made from outside the European Union, please bear in mind that customs may charge an additional import duty.
